@mark Same. Considered joining just to park my username, but as it turns out if I have an IG account it parks the username on Threads. Shame, really wanted to give Zuck more of my info 🤷

@philipp @Iconfactory @christianselig Same. Both apps made the platforms they were based on a true joy to use. Without them, I have no desire to use/support the platform anymore. Mastodon (via Ivory) took the place of Twitter for me and I’m happier for it. Whatever Christian does next, I hope to support him in kind. Great devs shouldn’t get treated this badly, it’s infuriating.

@philipp @marcedwards agreed. I remember when “blockchain" was the big word to include in your updates, found it meaningless tbh. But AI is a different beast, I think it can either be meaningless or irresponsible, depending on the implementation.
