@stroughtonsmith it’s the AAA industry as a whole that is shaking: Sony’s GAAS approach and the underpriced Game Pass one both failed.
And that while smaller, cheaper, more creative games are doing very very well (exp33, Arc, Helldivers 2, Mewgenics…).
First time in entertainment where the quality approach is also rewarded by users and critics.
@twostraws super interested. As 100 days of SwiftUi ignited my journey, Kickstart would be awesome to reach the first milestone, release.
@refactoredd love to hear that! I liked the first one better, because the struggle of the travel was higher. But I recognize that this is a better videogame, just a lesser achievement in the context of Kojima’s career.
@refactoredd what do you think about the story? Are you satisfied?
@refactoredd let me know when you’ve finished it, got my idea would love to discuss them with you! 🚀
@stroughtonsmith here in Italy, where the Nokia branding was very very strong, Lumias were everywhere.
I also loved the Ui, very similar to what influencers and creators now define “minimal” aimed at using the phone less: maybe that was their problem! 😂
@stroughtonsmith if I know Kojima from his Metal Gear saga, all the games are completely different between them, while trailers were off putting.
I have high confidence that DS2 will go in a different direction somehow, and I LOVED DS.
@stroughtonsmith learned the new adjective “afoot”.
Thanks Steve!
