Whew that was a lot of episode.

The steamy scenes - they'd have been post-watershed* and scandalous (see QaF) when I was growing up, but now they're in young adult dramas on streaming...

But seeing someone talking about Simon being a hero in their eyes amongst all the abuse he's suffering... Tears...

*Watershed - a 9pm cut off on broadcast TV where it is assumed young people are no longer watching so you can get away with more

I don't believe I am spoiling anything by saying I finished Season 3 of Young Royals and my eyes are filled with tears.

I only started the series last week so this was a whirlwind compared to people who started from the start.

Young Royals se termine avec une troisième saison que je n’imaginais pas aussi sombre, mais qui est toujours aussi juste. Même si je suis triste de quitter les personnages, je suis ravi d’avoir suivi une histoire d’amour aussi belle et sincère jusqu’au bout. Je recommande sans hésiter.
