@ttscoff ARGH is right.
@ttscoff Very pretty.
@mkennedy @talkpython A roundtable of listeners and folks who took your courses: how did they apply what they learned in real projects?
@mkennedy @talkpython open source business case studies and round table: FastAPI Cloud, Marimo, Astral, Posit, Anaconda, etc.
@mkennedy @talkpython I liked your comment about web apps on-desktop being β€œalmost there” but facing challenges. Are there any cases of Python web apps going the distance?
@mkennedy @talkpython A focus on building full apps for macOS and iOS in 2026: where are we?
@mkennedy @talkpython The episode with David Kopec was great. Do more computer science stuff. Invite back Luciano Ramalho and ask him what he would put in a hypothetical β€œFluent Python 3” book now that a few years have passed.
@stroughtonsmith well, I for one really dislike it, especially on Mac. I know many people β€œdon’t care,” but I’ve not met anyone who loves it.
@ttscoff Whoa! Look forward to seeing it. I hope you feel better soon.
After dealing with iOS 26 and macOS 26 for months, I still cringe at the aesthetic problems. How could anyone think this Liquid Glass gimmick was a good idea?
