I'm updating my cannabis guide. It's crazy how much has changed in two years. Cannabis clubs barely exist, but the grey market has exploded.

Facts about the Fiktionsbescheinigung:

1. It's not a permit, only a confirmation. Your expired residence permit stays valid anyway, even without a Fiktionsbescheinigung.

2. You are entitled to one. The LEA is breaking the law when refusing to issue them. It's just very slow and expensive to enforce that right.

I'm rewriting my ADHD guide, and I'm awed by ADxS.org. It's a website about ADHD in Germany. It's insanely thorough, translated in English, and backed by a vibrant community. Oh and it's also ad-free and AI-free.

The goal is continuous, automated fact-checking of the content.

It's nice to revise old guides and realize how much my writing has improved in 8 years.
