There was an Airwaves Social outage. The issue was due to excessive disk space consumption by logs and caused things to lock up.
This has been resolved.
We are also making some efforts to grant more access to other team members, so that there is more 24hour coverage of the service. Additionally, this server has not been in the monitoring we use for Airframes services, so we will add this to that.
