Tangara squared

we're doing tangara in batches of 55 and the last two batches i've grabbed out exactly the right amount of cardboard inserts to fold at a guess. im getting freaky good at incredibly niche things like this over these many weeks of assembly.

some images from my day of assembling tangaras. picture this 77 times. still many more to go. i only had to redo one faceplate assembly due to an errant chungus hair under the screen protector.

found a fun thing i can do with the letters in new donk city

did some fiddling with tangara's ui today. redesigned a few of the icons to be more consistent. lots of little polishes and tweaks. really liking the result so far, but i'd still love to hear thoughts on it.

Used freecad's techdraw mode to get some lineart renders for this assembly diagram. Aside from crashing every few minutes, it worked really well.

holy shit these new case samples are stunning. it's like glass. woooaaah.
