Hi! This is a small release with some important bug fixes, as well as an exciting new feature for people who prefer to organise and browse their music using a directory structure rather than file tags. If you haven't flashed a v2.0.0+ release yet, please remember YOU MUST USE TANGARA COMPANION...

"For storage, #Tangara relies on a full-size SD card, which means you can easily add up to 2 TiB (!) of capacity to your device. And, assuming you don’t need quite that much room, you can find inexpensive SD cards just about anywhere in the world."
Ahhh and afaik maintainer of this project is on mastodon: @jacqueline
Okay, I give up: Is it possible to get a new #tangara these days, and if so: Where?
I mean, it's a _kind_ of baller to still be carrying around an iPod Classic everywhere I go (and syncing with iTunes 10.7 (I have so many reasons) in a VirtualBox installation of windows XP on Ubuntu), but...
...I dunno. I feel like I'm right in the middle of the middle of the target audience for their whole deal, and I still can't figure out how to get in on it.
I've finally gotten around to reviewing my #tangara music player, which I think you can no longer buy.
