@mosseri @haubles @[email protected] weird side issue - clicking on the threads.net account name in a Mastodon official mobile app switches me to my installed Threads app instead of allowing me to follow the user from the Mastodon account ;)
It feels like "--network host" is for Docker the same as prepending sudo to any Linux command that fails to works for some unknown reason.
Yowza!
@TechConnectify love Premium, just wish I could skip over "this Segway to our sponsor BarFooVPN" automatically if I have Premium. Even if it were a higher tier.
@ff3 bug - Bills - Next expected match changes based on selected daterange on the top of UI. For monthly bills selecting Today shows the right date (in November 2023), selecting Year To Date shows match in April 2024 for bills that have been paid 3 times this year so far.
@ff3 was a bit disappointed that asset account current_balance_date showed today, even if no transactions have been imported/added to the account for more than a week. Would have expected either date at end of last transaction or datetime of last bank import.
@ff3 Yeah, I can imaging a full blown implementation to be *really* complex.
A simple way of saying this username/password logs into the same user_id might be much simpler to implement and be good enough for many use cases, no?
@ff3 inviting a user to my new FF3 instance and them arriving to a completely empty account was .. unexpected :D
I get that some people might be hosting a server for a lot of separate people. But wouldn't a family server a more common use case? Multiple people, but accessing same financial info.
Might be too late now to switch, but an option to share accounts to the invited user would be nicer than sharing passwords.
@ff3 I know .. *now*. Read that too late, when searching for info how to restore the "backup" I had.
