I love this new mural on Catherdral Street in Glasgow. It's part of the Gable End project from Articulate Hub as part of their Artivism work. The Articulate Cultural Trust uses creativity to help care experienced and other marginalised young people get to wherever they want to go.

Yesterday I was walking along a muddy riverside path. It had just stopped raining and the sun was coming out. Suddenly the smell of a very familiar plant hit my nose. It took me a few seconds to notice it and then i realised it was one of my favourite plants. I followed along and kept my eyes peeled for it. You couldn't miss it. I don't know the official name of the plant, but it's purple, grows like a bush, and has lots of small flowers growing on it - in addition to its distinctive sweet smell
