ADHD is asking “wait, what are we talking about again?” when you’re the one that’s talking.

It’s wild how when a specific interest switch turns off in my brain, it’s basically impossible to flip it back on again.

Something happens and I’m just completely over that specific hobby or project for good.

One thing that is really seems to be lacking here vs that _other_ platform is search.

I’m not sure if it’s an instance thing or I’m doing something wrong, but search doesn’t seem to ever find much value. I’m guessing it’s limited to instance which is a huge bummer.

The ADHD experience is like queuing up your plans for the day but forgetting you left shuffle on.

Lazy = I don’t want to do the thing

ADHD = I desperately WANT to do the thing, but just can’t seem to START doing the thing

👋 I write a weekly newsletter called Extra Focus where I share tips and strategies on living with ADHD.

I try to always keep it a short read so it’s ADHD-friendly.

Tweetbot and Twitterrific Face the Cliff

There is something noble about two longtime rivals — competitors, yes, but with nothing but deep respect and camaraderie for each other — facing this terrible cliff together, with dignity and grace, considering their users first, as ever.
