too many programmers tell other programmers not to roll their own. not me. go ahead and implement that thing! it's fun! you control the stack! you learn a lot! don't tell me not to implement something myself because then I will probably do it out of spite.
I wish more people understood this.

AGP 9 tracking was great! Now let's do Gradle Isolated Project tracking too!

Thanks @Aurimas for kick-starting this!

Gradle Isolated Projects - AGP Plugin Status

People not in the Epstein files:

- drag queens
- transgender athletes
- librarians
- Black journalists
- “radical leftist scum”
- hungry family needing SNAP benefits
- workers on strike
- immigrants
- the poor
- the cast of Sesame Street
...

Found a fun opportunity for a live stream - @Aurimas will teach me how to profile Gradle configuration times, and maybe we'll fix something in kotlinconf-app!

Nobody should be using up arrows to get previous commands in a terminal or shell. You have to move your hand and its linear complexity in keystrokes. Use ctrl+p (for low n) or ctrl+r. Use a real shell or history manager (fish, fzf, atuin) for ctrl+r.

Just as an FYI to all you Android folks upgrading to AGP 9, I made this tracker to help identify what plugins are compatible and how to workaround the ones that aren't. Feel free to update and contribute if anything is missing or out of date.

My 92 year old aunt: You do the Leenux thing, right? You need to come over sometime and install it for me, because f#ck all I ain't gonna update to Windows 11.

Me: .... ?!#!?

I explain what the change-over entails and that I generally don't recommend it just because...

Aunt: No, f#ck that, f#ck capitalism, my laptop is still fine, so come over and set me up with that Leenux thing.
