Sometimes I scare myself. Depression sucks. Anxiety sucks. Sometimes life just sucks.

Lately I am just so scared of dying. Terrified, really. Of going to sleep and not waking up. Or having a heart attack and not being able to see my pups one last time. I don't know why. Or what started it. But it's really taken away a lot of the joy in my life. And I don't know what to do!
