Is anyone else seeing failed MetaCPAN lookups via MetaCPAN::Client with a 'Payment Required' message?

I've been using this script for months to check for project updates, as recently as a day a ago: today every lookup fails with a payment required error message. Yet I see nothing about paying for access on MetaCPAN...

@mcc I used to use Okular for read-only viewing, but lately have switched to Obsidian - it allows editing in a markdown view, but I typically use a two-pane view where one is plaintext for editing and the other shows the rendered markdown

@b0rk I used Solarized dark for the longest time, but recently have switched over to Nord - or at least, Nord-like. The contrast on some combinations is a little low, but overall it seems to harmonize well
