@tedu I am so tired of electron-wrapped sewage draining my memory.
I get where the whole "UI is hard lets just use a browser" comes from but c'mon, over a gigabyte to send text messages on the wire? fuck off.
It's especially rough at work, shit like Slack, Postman, etc. make a 16 GB laptop good for browsing only.
@xenotrope it feels so nice when you get it working the way you want, right? this little adventure got me reading about electronics and wanting to fiddle more...
Technology win last week:
Removed the bell (electrical) element from the walking pad so it doesn't beep piercingly loud whenever you press a button so it won't wake up the baby.
Technology wins this week:
Disabled on/off noise on the PlayStation 5 (via settings) so it won't wake up the baby.
Turned off the retina searing screensaver pictures on the LG C1 TV (click Mute three times for hidden menu) so it won't wake up the baby.
Disabled all ultra loud connect/disconnect/other noises on the MEGABOOM 3 bluetooth speaker via App so it won't wake up the baby. Promptly uninstalled the app.

What if we dealt with our impostor syndrome by learning things? What kind of madness would that be?
