Border:none was great! Loved the talks there and the location. But I'm always to exhausted from the input to stay in the evening and it's hard for me to be pro-active. But still love attending :)

Zach WeinersmithHave you noticed that people are taking weekends seriously? I used to be able to get responses on weekends and now I barely do. It's the greatest development in the history of email and we should never go back.

Dan MayerWhen folks consider many costs and benefits of microservices, they underestimate the increased costs of really strong observability that comes more out of the box... I will take a solid app stack trace over open telemetry data any day when digging into a complex bug.

Hans-Christian OttoZu der 49€-Ticket-Debatte frage ich mich immer wieder eines: ÖPNV kostet Geld. Auto-Infrastruktur kostet Geld. An beiden Kostenpunkten beteiligen wir die Nutzer; durchs Ticket bzw KFZ-Steuer.
Warum ist es überhaupt akzeptabel, dass das für die Gesellschaft vorteilhaftere System teurer ist? In meinen Augen muss das ÖPNV-Ticket günstiger sein als die günstigste KFZ-Steuer.
Und Menschen fragen mich warum ich nach Kanada gehen will. So viel Rechts-Wähler*innen in Deutschland habe ich auf hier einfach kein Bock mehr.
Wenn ich sehe, dass eine Fußball WM auf 3 Kontinenten heutzutage stattfinden soll habe ich auch kein Problem damit, wenn wir als Menschen einfach aussterben.
