The first illustration is courtesy of my friend, David Buist. The second picture is of the setting I arranged for the holiday. It is for reflecting on my personal growth over this past year as well as considering what seeds I want to plant for the future. Juniper and Matilda also like it.

Our hen took her adopted chicks out of the coop for the first time! They learned to scratch. Those cries are the goats, before we made sure they would play well with the new friends. The next batch should arrive in about a week. 🐣🐥
