I was born 15 years after Independence and therefore Partition. Dec 6, 1992 and the demolition of the Babri Masjid by Hindutva thugs was the one defining moment when the idea of my India was ripped apart. One can hope that tomorrow's verdict does not go back there. But these people have left us with no hope.
Already sick of the celebration that's going to follow tomorrow, especially of the known ones! 5th August all over again.
@i_theindian I cannot forget this day in history, my father was in Hospital and we struggled to get ₹100 note to meet daily expenses. We managed to pa the hospital bills through card, but Petrol, fruits & other expenses was hard to pay. We were forced to stand hour long queue in front of ATM's. I can't think how the majority of people living villages has gone through this Man made Disaster.
I’ve said this before & I say it again: Shiv Sena & BJP deserve each other & it's my sincere hope they go up in a cloud of mutual destruction

An old photograph: Mirza Ghalib’s house in Kalan Mahal area, Agra, where he was born in 1797 and spent his childhood and part of adolescence. People in Agra don’t seem to be aware of its existence or location. This is the only property part of which Mirza could call his own, although he preferred to live in Delhi as an insecure tenant all his life.
