Accountability--My 2023 Goals:
(1) 150 intense-level work outs (weight-lifting, hiking, kickboxing)
(2) Double deadlift and preacher curl wts (sustained), be able to squat while holding my wife
(3) Fit into the lacy blue dress
(4) De-keto, transition off of IF, and eat "clean" 90% of the time
(5) Learn how to braid my own hair
(6) Get good on the laser engraver/cutter
(7) Get at least 3 academic papers accepted (2 as primary)
(8) Get first grad through proposal and study launch
I hadnt seen this speech by NY dem. Senator Maloney before and feel that's a shame. Sharing so others can see it too.
Sidenote: Sharing solely for the message in the video. I know little else about him or his politics. He lost his seat to a freshman con. in November.

@kyozou I don't understand why some people are content to look at Dems through rose-colored glasses just because Cons do more egregious things. Santos is 100% to blame for his gross behaviour and Cons for tolerating it. But Dems (specifically local Dems) are also to blame for not putting a modicum of effort into finding out who he was. Santos will represent over 700K people. He played them all, and the Dems basically let him by accepting him at face value. This means Dems have some culpability.
