Did you ever wonder, why you could choose between "Photo" and "Source" when uploading images to #WikiTree? Because you will be able to filter the images for sources and photographs on the image tab:

Want to search the biography sections of all #WikiTree profiles for certain terms, e.g. the name of a ship or a house? Just click on "Find" at the top right navigation to open the search page and scroll to section 4, where you can do a Google search on WikiTree pages. Though it might not find everything (especially recent changes), it often helps. Did you know that with the WikiTree Browser Extension there's even a faster way to open a category while editing a profile, than we described at
https://genealysis.social/@WikiTreeHowTo/110762087657571101 ? Just open the category picker, start typing and click on the symbol on the left of each category. This will open the category in a new tab. #WikiTree

Now add a colon in between the opening brackets and the word "Category". If you hit "preview", you will have a clickable link to the category in the preview section. Click it and you can view the category in the browser. Once you're done, please make sure you remove the colon before saving. Else you will receive a profile that links to a category instead of being a part of it. #WikiTree

It's frustrating that you can't zoom-in anymore on pictures from sharing links on #Ancestry (like the ones also Sourcer creates) without having a subscription. What is not obvious: There is actually a button to download them, after clicking "share" on the top of the page.

Did you ever wonder if a profile is connected to the "big tree"? If it is, the bottom contains links to the week's #ConnectionFinder profiles, else it doesn't. This only works, when you're logged in. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unconnected
