This is my dumping ground for a decade's worth of vitriol. You will be shocked. Offended. And you might even learn from my mistakes.
I don't really want to be alive today.
My stepchild is somewhere on the autism spectrum. My wife and my stepchild's sister are two of the kindest, most beautiful people in the world, but my stepchild makes them cry *all the time*. I hate my stepchild for that.

Internet argument techniques

D tier: Call them an incel.

A tier: Imply they're a future school shooter.

S tier: Imply they're a pedophile.

Forgiving the one who wronged you would relieve you of a great burden.

That's why, in this unjust world, holding on to your anger is a precious gift to the rest of humanity.

May that bastard never get the chance to harm another person.

Some among us preach inclusion. We're not allowed to think of people as ugly, or disabled, or stupid.

Well the cold hard truth is that those among us privileged to be beautiful, able-bodied, and smart:

- Need to exclude ugly people so we can make beautiful babies
- Need to exclude disabled people so we can perform at our own potential
- Need to exclude stupid people so we can do smart things

I'm tired of the cognitive dissonance that comes from all this inclusion.

My therapist regularly asks me if I have something I'm looking forward to. This time, the answer was yes, an event in a couple weeks.

But it makes me realize the answer is usually no, there's nothing I'm looking forward to.

When you spend all your time on family responsibilities, you need to feel rewarded by time with family. When you don't, well, what are you even living for?

"Call-outs [cancellations] are justified to challenge provocateurs who deliberately hurt others, or for powerful people beyond our reach. Effectively criticizing such people is an important tactic for achieving justice. But most public shaming is horizontal and done by those who believe they have greater integrity or more sophisticated analyses."

There are better ways of doing social justice work.

The New York Times

"If we could only put one more wrongheaded head on a pike, humiliate one more bigoted sorority girl or ignorant Floridian, we could heal this world. Each, next outrage post was the one that would make a difference."

BTW, guess why I'm using an anonymous account to post this?
