One of the very worst things I've ever done in my life was become a Glasgow Housing Association tenant. The alternative was homelessness though.
They have made my life unbearable for over 10 years through bullying and neglect.
I need to take them to court but I'm too ill.
So get this. After the maskhole heating engineer who's extremely reluctant to wear a mask to protect me left I call the housing association (in a queue for FOUR hours) to book an emergency plumber and I'm asked if "I" have any covid symptoms!🤷🏻♀️

I often hear people talking about sheilding as if it's a fool proof solution to keeping someone covid safe. It ain't.
Sheilders need to access healthcare, carers, maintenance & repair providers, veterinary practices, family and friends, retail etc & can't live in a magic bubble.
Now spent hours in phone queue to housing association to get a plumber. Been in queue twice for over 40 minutes then they cut me off. 😬
I'm exhausted and getting irritable listening to the loud tinny music. I'm already in a crash and struggling dealing with this on my own.
Maskhole engineer came out was extremely reluctant to wear a mask (I provided) and wore it under his frigging nose. Wtf is wrong with people? 😒
Heating back on but frozen pipe caused a leak so need a plumber to find it. Proving tricky getting one. Meanwhile no hot water.
I cannot overstate how much I hate having workmen in my house.
I feel so uncomfortable. Especially when one of them decided to tell me about his strong anti-vaxx views and said “oh so you think covid is a real disease then?”
