Off I go. Should be on air at US-1368 in 30.
I’d call it a sunrise activation, but the sun refused to shine in NEPA. 22 Qs w/ 20W of 40m CW from coast to coast. IC-7200, 40m EFHW, Speed X straight key. Fawns and groundhogs galore.
Very nice sunrise POTA. 34 QSOs pretty evenly split between 40 & 20 meters in an hour. IC-7200, 20W, 40m EFHW, WA1JOS capacitive touch key.
Sunrise POTA. Started raining as soon as I got on the air and I cut it short to take the opportunity to pack up in the lull. Had tha park to myself.
Sunrise POTA. Bald eagles, ground hogs and deer. IC7200, 40M EFHW, homebrew sideswiper and KM4CFT keyer equals 20 Qs of 5W 40M CW.
My homebrew helping hands. Spare alligator clips and 14 AWG wire on a 2X10.
Just received my eBay capacitive touch paddle and full feature electronic keyer. Already had it on the air. It is an absolute gem.
