Kurze Sprachkritik: es sind übrigens keine ICE "Beamten", ein Beamtentum in der deutschen Form gibt es in den USA nicht. Es sind im Schnellverfahren mit minimalem Screening angeheuerte und in einem Schnellkurs ausgebildete Schlägertrupps.
Bei Beamtentum schwingt soetwas wie ein Mindestmaß an Bildung, Ausbildung, Ethos und Rechtsstaatlichkeit mit. Beamte halten sich an staatliche Regeln. Das tut die ICE Mörderbande nicht.

@thelinuxEXP Tally seems to be what you are looking for in a Google Form alternative. Not only do they offer conditional logic blocks, they also are based in Belgium and host everything in the EU. The free version includes all the core functionality and for 20€ per month you can remove the Tally branding and add a custom domain.
