I would gladly have the snot scared out of me periodically if it meant only paying 1/12 of my power bill. Sadly, I live in an apartment building so don't have the option of solar panels or electric car charging. The profiteers who manage the property on behalf of the greedy building owners are only interested in gouging the tenants for more money, not saving us money or saving the planet.
