@ihorner I've seen a few people recommend wanikani, it looks like something id be interested in checking out. I've also seen a lot of talk about the genki workbooks, do you have any experience with those?

@ihorner asked in Serge's discord, and it was recommended that I ask for your advice.
I'm looking for material/resources to learn Japanese. I did Duolingo for a year, but now that they've dropped the majority of their translators in favor of AI content, I've stopped using them.
Would appreciate any recommendations you have!

I just realized that I have a new untapped market of complete strangers to beg for money.
Hi, we've probably never met so I'll keep this brief. Due to, well, the trajectory of my life I'm not really in a position where I am able to both survive AND save for a future, so I'm resorting to a #gofundme to fuel my dreams.
