I think the CEO of Nvidia should resign and let AI lead instead. This is probably the best for the share holders.
@daandemeyer After more than a year, I have finally taken the time to open a PR for systemd-repart. You owe me a beer. https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/41260

@ada_magicat @pojntfx I might misremember. I think maybe your user has to be in group "dialout".
@ada_magicat @pojntfx But I think those work. I have been using multiple USB to serial adapters without issues. It would be interesting to know if that is read-only only through the portal.
@pojntfx Shipping Flatpaks along with the OS is still unsolved. At least in a nice way. But we do want that for core GNOME applications in GNOME. So maybe at some point we manage to make that work.
@pojntfx It is possible to build flatpaks with BuildStream. Because obviously this is what we do with Freedesktop SDK and the GNOME SDK. And we do have some test applications, not just runtime. The issue is that flathub infra does not expect it, unless you get an exception and they give you a token to upload directly. Maybe enough people donate to the GNOME Foundation and we can get an infra that can also do BuildStream in flathub.
Kind of neat how well #GNOME apps fit in on macOS :) Since @nila added support for macOS to #puregotk in https://codeberg.org/puregotk/puregotk/pulls/43 this week I thought I’d give it a shot on my new MacBook Neo - and it works really well. Cross-compilation from Linux to macOS was super easy thanks to purego, no cross-compiler needed, just `GOOS=darwin GOARCH=arm64`. Plus, discovered that macOS’s arm64 library paths are different!
And I 100% recommend the movie. La Soupe aux Choux (1981).
