FFS. I've been trying to sort out my dead Step Father's affairs. Nothing in this country works any more. I can spend an entire afternoon on the phone with nothing to show for it.
I suspect being undead is a lesser curse than being a resident in Brexit Britain.

My daughter is an ambulance technician. Today, she did her 12 hour shift without being able to take a break, then was delayed for a further 2 hours before she could end her shift. 14 HOURS WITHOUT A BREAK. Retweet if you support ambulance staff’s pay demands

On this topic. If you are in a serious accident or become acutely very sick, you don't want a Dr, you want a Paramedic. It's what they do.
