I am the First Amendment. I love to post about myself. Take advantage of me but please don't violate me.
Requiring students to engage in bible study and prayer in public school would violate me
Being unable to find you a good or bad 1A take on Mastodon today, I will give you instead my two favorite pages of the U.S. Reports—from West Virginia Board of Ed. v. Barnette, in which the Supreme Court held that a compulsory flag salute and pledge of allegiance in a public school violated me.
