@boilingsteam the writer of the blog isn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows. We will see what happens with the OGC but honestly once steamOS gets better for desktop PC im switching
@gamingonlinux does not necessarily mean they wont fully support linux/macOS, just that they won't maintain a separate client for it
@itsfoss holy clickbait. It's not a plan, it's a proposal that is yet to take place
@itsfoss they have a typo on their github front page ("all-based" instead of "arch-based"). Nitpick but not a great start, and doesn't give much confidence
@itsfoss arch-based server? That's... wishful thinking
@outfrost what are you even talking about? This is a thread about a browser
@itsfoss this is about the Extension Manager flatpak, a very well known app that comes preinstalled in many distros already. If you cared about informing your followers, you would have mentioned it in the post, instead of making us watch your yt video that takes 2 minutes to get to the point. Prime clickbait page
@[email protected] you are acting like being right wing is a sin, yet it's just the political view opposite yours. It's a web browser btw, not a political campaign. In this context @nixCraft does not have to do a background check just to make a post
@nixCraft a browser from scratch would be a headache to use. No chromium or firefox base means so many websites would trip up and extensions would need to be ported over or copied. The founder could be saint and I still would't care
