@georgetakei and he totally blew the quote. He’s simply not as smart as his money might lead you to assume. He’s comfortable creating his own reality, history and delusion. Ego >> knowledge.
Moderna's and Pfizer's pricing ideas should make it very clear that we need to take production of drugs and vaccines out of corporate hands.

Lawmakers have already called Pfizer's similar plan "pure and deadly greed."

@Perowinger94 depends on the direction of said energy. Do you blame the golfer/skier or everyone not pictured? As a skier and terrible golfer, most skiers especially are concerned about climate change and act accordingly though obviously not substantially as an unorganized cohort. Given the amount of golf in places like Arizona, I think there are very different constituent attitudes. Personally and IMHO, golfers on the whole could give a shit about climate. Golf can be played on graveyards.
@godpod technology will end us all. This is the preview because AI is led by history not vision, goals, intent or purpose.
@Resister2022 not in time tho. Seems like it’ll come in a day late and a dollar short. Why Trump is not observing this from a holding cell is beyond me.

@PatrickZircher This is awesome! you definitely can, and should. Just looking at it makes me hum "puttin' on the ritz", which immediately makes me hear Peter Boyle belting it out in my head... it's working for me nicely, over and over again. Thanks!

@janjasper @tante we’re too focused on product development and cornering the market for profit and gaming the rules instead of building infrastructure that works for everyone. Good business is good business. Bad business is bad business in the long term, not because it may not be profitable but because you switch from leading to defending and supporting false advantages even in a good market. Like google. Hard to rage against the machine when you’re it.
@tante exactly. Citizens of the digital society need some rights and a mechanism that assures them. Like data privacy, security and agency of the stewards of your data for community involvement who are accountable to the citizenry even if they are customers of the steward. Like a bank (but obviously way better).
