I'm a cancer biologist who is concerned his research won't benefit patients because climate change will undermine the future sophisticated society required.

I'm also interested how synthetic biology (a research focus) can be used for long-term CO2 storage.

To build a world-leading science base is hard and takes a lot of time.
To destroy it is easy, quick & nasty.
Just defund, censor & sack the scientists.
