All things trans and all things bicycle, let’s create our own space when not allowed in ciscycling
Taken the frame down to bare metal and sanded it
Next is primer…
I have at last started to fix my frame, revoving the cracked clear coat previous owner did a crappy job at applying
The frame had surface rust under the clear coat, so first step is using paint remover to get the frame down to bare metal
Next step is rust removal and prepping for primer
NÄR DU SKRIVER…
att du anser att ha prefixet cis associerat med dig är en förolämpning…
så är den enda verkliga anledningen till din reaktion att du ser trans som något nedsättande och något som du föraktar

My bike
is a mischmash of different styles an different parts
It’s not to everyones liking but I built it myself and I like it

I mostly do light gravel and urban/suburban riding because I don’t have a car and live in the middle of Göteborg, Swedens second largest city

Built around an 30 - 35 year old Cannondale M900 frame it’s got Nexus 8 hub gears, disc brake up front and a really wide surly bar

As much as I would love to have a new gravel bike to ride, I LOVE my quite unique bike

Sooo…
I’m poor
And I can’t afford a new bike, it’s just not possible for me to get where I ride a new bike in the circumstances I’m in at the moment
But last year I managed, with a lot of help from people I know, to build a bike I can ride to get back into cycling again
Admittedly it’s not a regular bike by any standard, but it’s mine and I love it
