Firsthand account from Commander David Fravor (retired) Former Commanding Officer in the US Navy on the famous 2004 "Tic Tac" UAP encounter that was captured on film.
This is, in my opinions, one of the most powerful accounts. It is one backed by a high ranking and respected officer, supported by video footage.

According to the YouTube description, these are videos taken by navy pilots.
One of the videos is from 2004 and the other two videos are from January 2015.
These videos were leaked in 2007 and 2017, and precious to the Pentagon formally releasing them, their authenticity was verified by the Navy.

"Other witnesses at the hearing {David Fravor} and Ryan Graves, a retired navy pilot who has claimed that he saw unidentified aerial phenomena off the Atlantic coast “every day for at least a couple years”.
Graves, who has since founded Americans for Safe Aerospace, a UAP non-profit, said he was appearing “to voice the concerns of more than 30 commercial aircrews and military veterans who have confided their similar encounters with me”."
"UAPs, whatever they may be, may pose a serious threat to our military and our civilian aircraft, and that must be understood," said Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia of California. "We should encourage more reporting, not less, on UAPs. The more we understand, the safer we will be."
