Why does the iPad not show battery health in Settings: Battery?

I've been dying to talk about Apple's upcoming headset, which seems more and more like 'Hololens, but iOS’ every day. It really does sound like a heads-up-iPad that's going to mix regular 2D apps and 3D content, with Universal Control-style keyboard and mouse support, and a Mac [Sidecar] desktop. You’d effectively be able to run Xcode and Final Cut Pro on it day one? There were many potential paths to AR/VR, but this is the one with actual potential to replace desktop computing
