Here's my one prediction for 2023.
Hanif Kureishi's marriage will not survive
Definitely an issue. People pootling along on unpowered bikes now seem like the minority, and in danger.
But why doesn't this article also mention the fact that petrol-powered scooters are also allowed to use bike lanes? They are even faster.
A good start would be to ban combustion engines from the cycle paths.
