Zhuowei ZhangI just came up with the worst project idea ever: (No, I will not be doing this. Nobody should do this):
- re-implement the kernel part of a Windows Nvidia/AMD GPU driver
- translate the calls to Linux's kernel drivers
- stick it into QEMU so it can implement Microsoft's Hyper-V / WSL GPU virtualization
It's only 400 completely undocumented ioctls that change every driver version!

I have spent my entire career fighting with organizations that are eager to trade long-term quality for speed at every opportunity. This fight has primarily taken two forms:
