Thought I’d pull out some of the old shots from my #NikonD3100 to share. Shot around downtown #Halifax last year, I think I retired the camera as of early this past summer and traded it in a couple months ago. Really was a great starter.

I’ll readily admit that I had photoshop help with this one, and had honestly just dove in to take it at the last second, *but* this simple shot also moved me in ways none of my other stuff has. It so perfectly encapsulates why a lot of us on the #HalCon Community Squad volunteer our time at events that I was crying before I finished writing its post for the rest of my social media

I was at the Agricola Open Street fair here in #HalifaxNS this past weekend. Wanted to shoot but had no idea what I wanted to shoot until, at one point, I randomly thought of Henri Cartier-Bresson, slapped the 50mm lens onto my #Nikon #D850 and started firing. Feelin’ real good about these.
