#introduction (cont.) — I don't usually post photos of myself, but on vacation in #NovaScotia this past August, we stumbled upon the #Dartmouth #NatalDay Road Race — run since 1907! *Had* to run it. 🏃♂️ This fellow's sweatshirt read: "Ninety-two and still running marathons." Had to get a photo with him.😀
Don't have to run marathons (he walked — with assistance — the one-mile loop), but do stay active. Good for the mind & body.
Sadly, our older dog died soon after returning. 😭
