I don't really want to repeat what I've said about the Italy/Scotland game again, but the Six Nations continues to be must-see, high octane entertainment. A see-saw match of Titanic proportions, with a nail-biting final ten minutes. James Lowe and Marcus Smith are both heroes, as England ends Irish Grand Slam hopes at Twickenham in dramatic fashion.

This has lived up to the hype I've had and more. Both teams are physical, England covering more space and are attempting to be as imposing as Ireland, but with rapid phases, Ireland are going to their best strength: winning turnovers at the breakdown. This feels as tense as a final, and it's gonna be a fun second 40 to come.
I don't think I have enough left to talk about this game. This was a must-see game, especially in the second half, and the result just isn't reason enough to say why the Six Nations is the Six Nations.
The American Raptors finished it's season-opening three game road trip with a defeat in Uruguay against the defending champion Peñarol on Friday. The Raptors surprised the hosts with an opening converted try, but Peñarol showed their class and depth, jumping to a 22-7 lead at halftime, and finishing 37-7. A lengthy home stand at Glendale awaits.
All I can say after assessing that second half was what a chaotic game. France's forwards getting tired, and somehow managing with 14 men. Italy being resolute. And just an awkward ending, where a centimeter decided it. Man, I love rugby.
Four straight victories in the Calcutta Cup for Scotland over the Auld Enemy England. A Duhan van der Merwe hat trick of tries is the story many will write, but Scotland's preparation defensively in that second half is my takeaway from this game. Turnovers do so much for momentum, and England, although posed a test with the blitz defense, were exposed by Finn Russell, and couldn't find an effective backup plan.
What an exciting first half! It seemed England's blitz defense would smother Scotland, but a Huw Jones break, and a couple of Duhan van der Merwe tries have the hosts in the lead. Another sound defeat in Argentina Friday for the Raptors, but improvements were made vs. Los Pampas, especially in the second half. This Pampas team felt more aggressive in attack, creating fast counters and almost always overloading out wide and offloading when they score.
Don't let this final score, or the fact that Ireland are still undefeated and Wales are still winless get to you. Irish players will say there's plenty of room for improvement even with a bonus point win. They were caught off guard for a period. And the story of this Welsh campaign will be of competitive fire and spirited grit, and will be waiting for France next, determined for their first win. #RugbyUnion #Rugby #6Nations #IREvWAL
A sound defeat in Cordoba, but the Raptors recorded the first try of the season in the second half. It's still early, but it's going to be important to see how the Raptors respond next. This will always be a test of attrition and character in this competition.
