I think their games and company would improve under Microsoft.
Is that a given? Redfall (I know it's Bethesda) didn't exactly blew everyone's socks off.
This is expected but I think we'll see be seeing more "lower quality" submissions.
A lot of people want this deal to go through so they get CoD and Diablo. While that is an enticing proposition but not fond of Microsoft just gobbling up studios just because their first parties game aren't up to snuff.
YMMV but I never got into trouble for torrenting.
