@tafnn Seems to me that would be unconstitutional.I think there's a clause in the Constitution guaranteeing the People the right to redress issues in court unless they agree to sign away that right (as in employment contracts)

@bruces I see this sort of thing hiking sometimes; people with headphones/earbuds listening to whatever walking in the woods. NEVER a good idea because you can't hear what's going on around you. And what's going on around you might be dangerous.
