@edcasting Just yesterday I saw a restoration of an antique TV. Really old early 20th century. Uses the old vacuum tubes.
Works perfectly now (although still just black and white).
If that can be fixed dumb TVs can be fixed too.
We throw away so much stuff b/c it's easier than fixing it. Sad.

@QasimRashid I'm tired of ppl shitting on my generation. Oh sure blame us for everything but you know what? We ALSO ended the war in Viet Nam, got rid of the draft, secured civil rights, womens rights, started the environmental movement etc etc. The ppl who voted for lowering taxes were old white men in the '70s. Not the kids getting beast up by police for saying we needed to change.

@georgetakei Thew thing a lot of insecure straight ppl don;t understand about homosexuality is it ISN'T about SEX (in spite of the title).
But they just focus on the sex part.
