I would like to invite you all to participate in a virtual race on our server, which will take place from June 3 ā June 30. Whether you prefer to walk, run, or cycle, you can accumulate miles and join the fun!
To join the virtual race, simply create a Strava account and join our club here: https://www.strava.com/clubs/sysengineer. Feel free to check the #fitness-healthy-lifestyle channel for updates and to discuss your progress with other participants.
**Here are the rules of the virtual race:**
- The race will be open from June 3 ā June 30.
- To ensure fairness, all activities must be recorded through the Strava app. While manual entries are accepted, we ask that you use the honor system. If cheating is suspected, proof may be required.
- You can log all your walks, runs, bicycle rides, hikes, kayak trips, and more using the Strava app. Workouts from third-party apps (such as Fitbit, Peloton, or Garmin) are also allowed - simply connect them to the Strava app in your settings.
- The top 3 participants with the most time and the top 3 with the most miles logged will win prizes (total of 6 winners possible)!
