Engineering manager AOSP from kernel up to framework.

Just putting this out there if anyone missed it and want to lose several hours listening to AI generated philosophy.
I can’t stop listening

I guess it's time that I also do an #introduction
My name is Jon Carlstedt and I work as an engineering manager for a large team of AOSP embedded Android engineers.
We are a design house located in Sweden that design industrial and consumer products for the largest tech companies in the world.
We are quite low key and most of our projects are confidential.
When a high profile company want to do a product but don't know how to do it and don't want to risk China getting hold of code or design files, we are the ones doing it. -We have some of the most advanced labs in EU and US and work on next gen things.

I have a background as a Project Manager and before that I was in the telecom business working as an OTA and Bluetooth QA engineer focusing on embedded testing.

All of our projects are very dependent on being secure so I follow the infosec community closely and have always had a huge interest in the field.

I grew up with the ABC800 - similar to the ZX80 and VIC-20 in the early 80's.
I know my way around a command line.

I have a huge interest in group dynamics and what makes teams high performing.

I read a lot of books, probably 65% of it is modern Sci-Fi, the rest is random.

I sometimes miss the 90's, but it's mainly due to the nostalgic sepia filter and the NIN soundtrack my mind has put over the memories.

And we have advanced hardware labs already, so infosec specific only.
We can sniff and analyze any radioprotocol, analyze all signals, 3D x-ray any hardware, we can digg down to silicon levels etc.
Industrial products and consumer products, anything containing any kind of radio.
Only new development, if you can get it from china we are not the right partner. Lots of next gen stuff.
We are about to build a infosec lab at the office.
What infosec specific gadgets would you get, $20k budget excluding computers?
Keep in mind that we do full product development from hardware up to userspace.
Hit me with your dream set-up!
