I am still working on the iOS 26 design for Topo Maps+, but I have to say that my initial impressions for using it in Topo Maps+ is awesome. This pic doesn't do it justice. It just "feels" so much better when I use it.
Last night I was watching "“Tribute to Failure: Climbing Mount Shivling in India” on RedBull TV and I wanted to see it for myself. So I fired up Topo Maps+ on Apple Vision Pro and it was a ton of fun to explore the area.
I just bought 20 or so apps 😅 I'm going to go and fetch some coffee while they all download, but if you have other apps you want to link to please add a reply! (And if your app uses unique Vision Pro stuff, e.g. 3D or hand tracking, mention it!)
The wonderful thing about mountains is mountains are wonderful things.
Here’s
@pastelapp with a few more passes around the app. Honestly? I could probably publish this build without changing a whole lot else
4 days to go! Crouton will be available at launch for Apple Vision Pro 😊 here is a little overview! (Better with sound)
Already getting installs and free trials for Topo Maps+ on Apple Vision Pro. It feels weird that I have customers using features before I have used them on real hardware. I was able to try out a lot of my app at an Apple Dev Lab, but I made a bunch of changes after that😬
This is what iPhone mirroring using the Bezel app looks on the Apple Vision Pro side. Your iPhone floating side by side other windows. Will be very convenient when working on a website or app to have the live preview on a real device right up there next to the other windows and your mirrored MacBook screen.
Topo Maps+ will be available for the launch of Apple Vision Pro!
From all the photos I took hiking this summer, this is my favorite. It doesn't have the best colors or volcanoes in it. I think it brings back the memory of sitting in my chain drinking coffee and watching the sunrise on Mount Daniels.
