@wbaltv11 I mean, it can’t hurt - so it’s great they care so deeply about our youth. That said, until our education system becomes a priority, our prison pipelines are disrupted, and our poverty levels see significant decreases, prayers likely won’t do much.
@GossiTheDog Religion and its traditions can, at times, be a beautiful thing. Most times, however, it’s just creepy, oppressive, small-d**k energy, controlling, fear mongering, behavior.
Faith = pretty cool.
Religion = not so much.
@pzmyers it always amazes me - the amount of disconnect on display. The constant “shaming” of liberals for being easily offended and overly sensitive. The culture of having to “man up” , yet something so incredibly simple - like a rainbow colored bottle - has them all running around like chicken little, with their feelings destroyed, screaming that the sky is falling.
It’s comical to a degree. But the ignorance is nowhere near funny.

@historydrey exactly how I ended up giving Mastodon another try. I don’t want to delete the account, as there are a few memories for me there. But, I have no plans to use it as long as Musty is in charge.
