Trump won on anti-immigration but Elon Musk wants cheap IT labour from India. This angers MAGA celebrities like Laura Loomer, who starts calling out Elon Musk for being anti-MAGA in front of her 1.4 million followers. And then Elon Musk retaliates by removing her X subscribers and removing her blue checkmark, effectively deplatforming her on X.
The MAGA celebrities were useful tools, but the tech billionaires will take it from here.
