So, I barely know anyone that I know in my day-to-day here, but I am intrigued. Hive seems to be dead for weeks now lol. I still go on Twitter but it's kind of a dumpster fire I'm in with everyone I know.

@patrickklepek It seems like if Hive is like Instagram and Twitter had a baby, this is if Reddit and Discord gently kissed under a Twitter blanket.
I'm starting to come on here more and like it more each time because I'm incredibly impatient waiting for Hive to load anything.
@georgetakei As cool as it is here, I think they need to streamline things a tad or make it not as cumbersome to find people between servers. The everyday person is not going to get it. I understood it after much research, and now I'm liking it. I think it's why most of my Twitter friends went to Hive, except it's super slow on there. People seem to be dealing with it though because they are less confused by the whole learning curve here. At the moment I'm enjoying both for different reasons.
OK I did some crap with downloading a CSV and uploading it to hopefully have Mastodon friends. We'll see what happens. Hive is slower than dial-up. Lol.
