Mostly posting about hyperfixations lol

Low levels of rudeness are literally the worst you can inflict on me, because my brain will spiral into a loop of "How should I react? Should I react, at all? I really want to get back at them, but what if I make them actually feel bad—wouldn't that be too much?"

If you have to, do me the favor and be SUPER rude to me: It makes my thought process a lot more straightforward!

@DareLooks oh, Cult of the Lamb was super fun. A tad short, but still fun

@extinct tbh, I've kinda been treating then exactly like likes and retweets from Birdsite

The problem with Trans Awareness Week is that people are now aware of trans folk, given we're the subject of an ongoing international culture war.

Awareness isn't the problem. It's agency. We are spoken *about* all the time but we so rarely get to speak *for ourselves*, especially in big legacy media. It's why Twitter and similar spaces have been such a useful place for trans activists, journalists, and creators, because we are marginalised elsewhere.

@DareLooks yeah, like I said, I agree that that's what SHOULD happen, but this has been the system since Splatoon 1, so I doubt it'll change. The only thing that's changed is that in Splatoon 1 and 2 there was a general understanding that using that tactic was bad, and nobody did it out of honor. Splatoon 3 has a good chunk of new users, who don't care about honor though
@DareLooks It SHOULD result in a win for the team that doesn't connect, but instead Disconnectors are just given a tiny slap on the wrist, that barely puts a dent in the Splatfest score, and people who remain connected receive no points, but no slap on the wrist either. The issue is that random matches count as 100 times, or 333 times the amount of normal points for the winner, but the disconnection slap is not increased to match, and they're exclusively using the strategy on those matches
@Lees Personally, my favorite is the whole Shinx line! Though, I started on Diamond and pearl, and they were my sweeper, so I may be biased
@DareLooks Unfortunately, I don't think they will because there's no real good fix I can think of :/ The exploit they're using is force disconnecting, because if too many people disconnect, it causes a draw
