@nuttgodd it’s been my experience that this will get easier with time. Regardless of what changes externally, your ownership of your identity is nonetheless a transition and it will take time for that ownership to exact a sense of balance. You’ll be okay! You’re on the right track. It sucks about your city, though. Is there any community support available to you?

@nuttgodd I wonder; would it be acceptable and effective to incorporate elements of queer coded fashion into your presentation? Perhaps then you could present as you feel comfortable, without tripping flags of what is considered traditionally masculine.
